Team Lead Software Development

As Team Lead Software Development you combine technical leadership with hands-on software development and process governance. You are responsible for a healthy team rhythm and create an environment in which our Developers can perform at their best. In addition, you play a key role in our DevOps strategy, ISO 27001 compliance and the modernization of our software stack. You will work closely with colleagues from Infra, Security, Operations and Product Management.

In de functie van Teamlead Software Development combineer je technisch leiderschap met hands-on softwareontwikkeling en procesbewaking. Als Teamlead zorg je voor een gezond teamritme en creëer je een omgeving waarin onze Developers optimaal kunnen presteren. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in onze DevOps-strategie, ISO-27001-compliance en de modernisering van onze softwarestack. Hierbij werk je intensief samen met collega’s van Infra, Security, Operations en Product Management.
